Welcome to Newton Motorsports
Newton Motorsports is a California based winged sprint car team. 2007
was the inaugural season for Newton Motorsports in the sprint car
ranks, and the team experienced all that the sport has to offer. From the
highs to the lows, the 2007 season was considered a success by the
entire team. 2008 is fastly approaching and the team is eagerly preparing
equipment for their sophmore season. The Newton Motorsports team
utilizes Maxim Chassis along with Shark Racing Engines. The team would
like to thank Valvoline Racing Products, Wright One Construction,
Honest-1 Auto Care, Balfour Caulking & Waterproofing, Kenny Piraro
Racing, Kaeding Performance, Quickway Signs, CMP Video Prod., Afco
Shocks, Crow Enterprize, Mad Welding, The Gauthier Family.
2008 Highlights
4-4-08 Ocean Speedway Started 20th in A-Main and captured a 12th place
finish. Prior to making the A-Main, Jason started 8th in the B-Feature and
worked his way to a fourth place finish and transfer spot. All in all not a bad
opening night for Jason and the guys. They will return to Ocean Speedway
for round 2 Friday night April 18th. For more details look in the
